| dc.description.abstract | Pyoderma gangrenosum is an extremely rare condition, characterized with progressive necrotic skin ulcers and destructive inflammation. It can be defined as a neutrophilic dermatosis with sterile inflammation. Incidence of the disease is 3-10 per million. A surgical intervention may trigger this immunological condition.
