Bilateral ureteral duplication is a very rare anomaly, a result of two separate ureteric buds arising from a mesonephric duct. Most of the patients are asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally. Recurrent urinary tract infections, incontinence, haematuria, stone formation and flank pain are common clinical symptoms. Intravenous urography, computed tomography urography, and magnetic resonance imaging are the diagnostic modalities. In this report, a case of bilateral ureteral duplication with stone formation in the lower pole of the right kidney is presented along with its management.en_US
