Türkiye kadın basketbol takımlarındaki sporcu, antrenör ve yöneticilerinin iletişimsel yapısının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Türkiye Kadınlar Basketbol 1. Liginde ve 2010-2011 sezonunda yer alan takımların sporcuları, antrenörleri ve yöneticileri arasındaki mevcut iletişim durumunu tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 17-38 yaş arası 82 kadın sporcuya uygulandı. Özellikle sporda belirlenen hedeflere ulaşmada; yönetici, antrenör ve sporcular arasında kurulan sağlıklı iletişimin, takımın performansı ve başarısı üzerindeki etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmada ölçme aracı olarak, “Kulüp Ortamı İletişim Anket Formu” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, İletişimsel olarak yönetici, antrenör ve sporcu ilişkisinin iyi düzeyde olduğu ancak azda olsa antrenörlerden kaynaklı sorunlar olduğu görülmüştür. Genel olarak sporcuların birbirleriyle dayanışma içinde ve takımlarında “biz” duygusuyla hareket ettikleri, kulüp yöneticilerinin sporcularla diyaloglarının olumlu olduğu, adaletli, sorunları çözücü ve kişilik haklarına saygılı bir tavır içerisinde yaklaşım sergiledikleri görülmüştür. Yöneticilerin sezon beklentileri ve hedef belirlemenin yanı sıra takımın motivasyonundan da sorumlu olduğu düşünüldüğünde bu sonucun süreci olumlu etkiyeceği düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca sporcular çoğunlukla antrenörlerine güvenmekte, saygı duymakta, empati oluşturabilmekte ve bilgi düzeylerini yeterli görmekte iken eleştiri, kendilerine karşı eleştiri noktasında sergilenen sert tavır hususunda olumlu görüş bildirmemişlerdir.

This research aims to determine the communicative form of the sportswomen, trainers and directors of the Turkish Women Basketball Major League and of the teams which participate in 2010- 2011 season. The research applied to the 82 sportswomen aged between 17-38. Especially, while reaching the premeditated goals, the importance has been given to the communication between sportswomen, trainers and directors, and also to the positive effects of this communication on the teams. In the research, As a measurement tool in the study, “ Club Area Communication Survey Form” has been used. The results of the research showed us that in a little amount there is a trainer sourced problem but generally the communication between the trainers and sportswomen are good. Generally, the communication between sportswomen are acceptable and they move with the idea of “WE”, and the directors get on well with the sportswomen, they are fair, they are open to the solving problems and they respect to the individual rights of the sportswomen. When we think about the goal setter role of the directors, this attitude of them influences the results of the matches in a positive way. Also sportswomen trust their coach, they respect their coach, they can emphatize with him, and they assure that the knowledge of the trainer is enough and acceptable, so they make a positive understanding when the coach criticizes them harshly.
