| dc.description.abstract | Ocular complications frequently present in patients with myotonic dystrophy and may be the fi rst clinical sign. Cataract, ocular motility changes, hypotony, retinal pigmentary changes and butterfl y-shaped macular dystrophy can be noted in these patients.
