Sencer Divitçioğlu ve Asya tipi üretim tarzı

Abstract

Sencer Divitçioğlu ve Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Çorum, 2018. Bu tez, önemli bir entelektüel olduğunu düşündüğümüz Sencer Divitçioğlu'nun yaşamını ve 1960'larda Türkiye'de de tartışmaların odak noktasında olan Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı'nı anlatmaktadır. Tezde Sencer Divitçioğlu'nun kim olduğu, tarihi ve tarihsel gelişmeleri nasıl okuduğu gösterilmektedir. Tezde öncelikle Sencer Divitçioğlu'nun hayatına değinilmiş, hayatındaki gelişmelerin düşünsel yapısını etkileyip etkilemediği ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Akademik çalışmaları ile öne çıkan Divitçioğlu, devlet adamı olarak da -Turizm Bankası İdare Meclisi'nde genel başkanlık gibi - görevlendirilmiş ancak sol kesime yakınlığı hasebiyle bu alanda ilerleyememiştir. 1961 yılında Türkiye İşçi Partisi'ne yakın arkadaşı İdris Küçükömer ile birlikte üye olmuştur. 1980 darbesi ile düzenlenen 1402 sayılı yasa gereği üniversiteden ihraç edilmiştir. İlerleyen kısımlarda Sencer Divitçioğlu'nun bilimsel yöntemine değinilmiş, bu konu ile ilgili Doğan Ergun'un eleştirilerine başvurulmuştur. Daha sonra Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı'nın ne olduğu, yaratıcısı Marx'ın gözü ile anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tarihsel aşamaların sırası hakkında yapılan geniş çaplı tartışmalara yer verilmiş, tarihin çok çizgili bir yol mu, yoksa tek çizgili bir yol mu izlediği hakkındaki farklı düşüncelere yer verilmiştir. Marx'ın ortaya çıkardığı Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı kavramının Sencer Divitçioğlu tarafından Osmanlı'nın tarihsel bir dönemine uygulanışındaki titiz ve disiplinli çalışması hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Divitçioğlu'nun, Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı kavramının, Osmanlı'nın 14. ve 15. yüzyıllarında en belirgin şekilde gözlemlenebileceğine dair çıkarımları -o dönemin toplumsal yaşantılarına da değinilerek- ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Son bölümde az gelişmişlik ile Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı kavramına Samir Amin'in farklı bakış açısı ile birlikte değinilmiştir. Osmanlı'nın toplumsal yapısının Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı'na benzemediğini savunan başka Türk yazarların fikirleri incelenmiştir. Asya Tipi Üretim Tarzı savunucusu olarak Divitçioğlu'nun dışında bu tarza karşı çıkan kesimin fikirlerine de yer verilerek Osmanlı'dan günümüze Türk toplumunun nasıl bir evrim geçirdiği karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Sencer Divitçioğlu and the Asian Type of Production, Master Thesis, Çorum, 2018 This thesis is about an intellectual value we consider, Sencer Divitçioğlu; his life and description of his identitiy, how he read the historicial developments, whether the developments in his life affecdet of his intellectual state of his nature, and the " Asian Type of Production" which was considered the main subject of debates in Turkey around 1960's. Divitçioğlu, who comes into prominence with his academic studies, was also appointed as a statesman but couldn't process further due to his close relationships with liberalism. Divitçioğlu bacame a member of the Turkish Worker's Party in 1961 with his closest friend, İdris Küçükömer. Divitçioğlu joined the "1402's" after the coup d'etat in 1980. In the further chapters, the scientific method of Sencer Divitçoğlu was mentioned by the aid of criticisms of Doğan Ergun. Further, the definition of the Asian Type of Production is explained by the creator of it, Marx's point of view. There is a wide range of discussions about the sequence of historical stages; different ideas about whether history is a multi-lane way or a single-lane way. The information is given about the meticulous and disciplined study of applying process of Asian Type of Production in a historical period of ottoman empire by Divitçioğlu. The implications of Divitçioğlu; about the Asian Type of Production style can be observed most clearly in the 14th and 15th centuries of the ottoman empire, have been revealed. In the last chapter, the concept of underdevelopment and the Asian Type of Production have been tried to explain with the aid and point of view of Samir Amin. The assumptions of other Turkish authors who do not agree that the structure of the Ottoman Empire is similarto the Asian Type of Production are examined. Apart from Divitçioğlu who is considered as an advocate of Asian Type of Production, the opinions of the people who opposed it also mentioned to clarify the undergone evolution of the day-to-day Turkish society.
