Tüp mide ameliyatı sonrası magnezyum eksikliğine rastlanma sıklığının araştırılması

Abstract

Tüp mide ameliyatı sonrası çeşitli sebeplerle micronütrient eksikliklerine rastlanmaktadır. Ameliyat sonrası oluşan bu değişimler, bu ameliyatı olacak kişiler için merak edilen konulardandır. Bu çalışmamızda, tüp mide ameliyatı sonrası, magnezyum eksikliğine rastlanma sıklığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın temelini; anket yöntemi kullanılıp, sonuçlarının sosyal bilimler için istatistik programı ile analiz edilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Anketlerde magnezyum eksikliğine neden olabilecek ameliyat harici değişkenler de değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada elde edilen sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ile, tüp mide ameliyatı ile magnezyum eksikliği arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olabileceği sonucu çıkarılmıştır.

The deficiency of some micronutrients after bariatric surgery is a common occurence. This changes after surgery is interested by who wants to get surgery done. The subject of our thesis is the investigation of the prevalance rate of magnesium deficiency after sleeve gastrectomy. The methods of the study includes a questionnaire to which the participants had been asked to answer and the analysis of their results with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences through. Our study is an exploratory study and extraneous variables that may also cause magnezsium deficiency have been determined and controlled. According to the result of the study, there is significant relationship between the bariatric surgery and magnesium deficiency.
