Türk Felsefesi: İmkânı ve Gerekçeleri Üzerine Notlar

Abstract

Bir Türk felsefesinin imkânını müzakere etmek için Türkistan ve Türkiye irtibatının kültürel temellerinin sürekliliğini incelemek gerekir. Bunu söylemek demek, Türklerin Atayurt’tan İpek yolunu takip ederek Anayurt’a kadar devam göç tarihini ve kurdukları devletlerin mahiyetlerini araştırmak demektir. Şurası bir gerçektir ki, fethedilen her yeri vatan kılmak ve orada bir devlet kurmak felsefi bir temele sahip olmakla mümkün olabilir. Bu nedenle Dünya Siyasî Coğrafyasında birçok Türk/eli diye isimlendirilen yer vardır. Sürekli Batı’ya yönelen Türk boylarının bir kısmı İpek Yolu üzerinden İç Asya/Türkistan’dan Ön Asya/Türkiye’ye yönelmiş ve buralarda muhtelif isimlerle devletler kurmuşlardır. Türk halklarının bir kısmı da Karadeniz üzerinden Balkanlara, Afganistan-Pakistan hattı üzerinden Ortadoğu’ya göç etmişlerdir. Çünkü ipek yolu yüzyıllarca jeo-politik ve ekonomik açıdan önemini korudu. Zamanla eski önemini kaybetti. Günümüzde birçok devlet İpek Yolu’nu yeniden canlandırmak için siyasi ve ekonomik açıdan birçok projeler hazırladı. Çünkü bu hat, ya enerji üretim ya da enerji iletişimi açısından yeniden önem kazandı. Bu bağlamda makalenin amacı “Türk Felsefesi” imkânı ve gerekçelerini araştırarak bu projelere fikri katkı sağlamaktır. Böylece Türk Medeniyetinin yeniden diriltilmesinin felsefi temelleri güçleneceği düşünülmektedir. Bunun için de Türk tarihi ve coğrafyasında süregelen kültürü, felsefi bir sisteme dönüştürüp dünyaya sunmanın imkânını araştıracağız. Bu çerçevede “Türk Felsefesi’nin temel prensipleri ve değerleri neler olabilir?, “Türk Felsefesi oluşturulması için aydınlara düşen ödevler nelerdir?” sorularının cevabını araştıracağız.

It is necessary to examine the history of the cultural foundations of Turkistan and Turkey communication in order to discuss the possibility of a Turkish philosophy. Understanding these foundations requires examining the history of migration from the Turkistan (Inner Asia/Atayurt) to Turkey (Asia Minor/Anayurt) by following Silk Road and the nature of the states established in this area. It is known it is crucial to have a philosophical background and basis to be able to conquer lands establish powerful states and the Turks have always had this power throughout history. For this reason, many places in the world in terms of political geography are called Turkish homeland. A part of the Turkish tribes moved from Inner Asia to Asia Minor (Turkey) and turned to the West through the Silk Road and established states with various names in these areas. Some of the Turkic people have also migrated to the Balkans through the Black Sea and to the Middle East through Afghanistan-Pakistan route. This is why Silkroad had been important for centuries for geo-political and economic reasons, but it lost its significance in time. Today, many states have prepared political and economic projects to revive the ancient Silkroad, as this route has become important again in terms of energy production and energy transportation. In this context, the purpose of this article is to explore the possibilities and requirements of "Turkish Philosophy" and to provide ideas for these projects. Based on this knowledge, it is assumed that the philosophical foundations of the revival of Turkish Civilization will be strengthened. For this reason, we will investigate the Turkish culture in history and geography, then possibility of presenting it to the world as a philosophical system. In order to do this analysis, we will research and analyze the possibility of transforming the ongoing culture of Turkish history and geography into a philosophical system and presenting it to the world. In this frame, we will investigate the answer of these questions: “What can be the basic principles and values of Turkish Philosophy? What are the duties assignments of the intellectuals in the process of creating/forming an authentic Turkish Philosophy?”
