Abstract

Hz. Peygamberin Hadislerinde Empati, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Çorum, 2018. Bu tezde bütün yönleriyle empati kavramı incelenmiş ve Hz. Peygamber'in (SAV) söz ve fiillerinde yer alan empati örnekleri Din Psikolojisi biliminin ilkeleri bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Tezin ilk bölümünde empati kavramının akademik olarak ele alınmaya başlanmasından günümüze kadar gelen süreçte nasıl tanımlandığı incelenmiş ve empati-sempati ayrımı üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra ise empatinin iletişimdeki önemine değinilmiştir. Bu kısımda empati duygusunun bebeklikten itibaren insanda gelişme evreleri ele alınmış ve empatik tepki şekilleri detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu bölümün sonunda empatinin hem bilişsel hem de duygusal yönleri olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. İkinci Bölümde ise Hz. Peygamber'in (SAV) empatiyi nasıl kullandığı hayatından örneklerle gösterilmiştir. Bu bölümde Kütüb-ü Sitte'den elde edilen yaklaşık yüz adet hadisin metinleri üzerine değerlendirmeler yapılarak empati kavramı ile örtüşen yönleri açıklanmıştır. Bu sayede Hz. Peygamber'in (SAV) iletişimde başarılı olmak için empatiyi en doğru şekilleriyle kullandığı ve sahabelere de her zaman diğer insanların gözüyle de dünyaya bakmalarını tavsiye ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Empathy in the Hadiths of Prophet Mohammad, Master Thesis, Çorum, 2018. In this thesis empathy term was examined with all its aspects and empathy examples in the sayings and acts of Prophet Mohammad (SAV) were handled within the frame of Psychology of Religion science. In the very first chapter of the thesis it is examined that how empathy term has been identified in the period from the early academic attempts on it through today and the difference between empathy and sympathy was elaborated. Then the importance of empathy in communication was touched upon. In this chapter the development process of empathy in human starting from infancy was handled and empathic reaction types was examined in detail. At the end of this section it is concluded that empathy has cognitive and emotional aspects. In the second chapter, it was shown that how Prophet Mohammad (SAV) used empathy together with examples from his life. In this section about one hundred hadith derived from Kutub-u Sitte was evaluated and their aspects that correspond to the empathy notion was explained. By this method, it is determined and concluded that Prophet Mohammad (SAV) used empathy in order to be successful in the communication and recommended his followers to look at the things from the perspective of other people.
