To determine the heavy metal removal performance of cryogel, wastewater was used as obtained from an inorganic material manufacturer. The characterization studies using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, waterswelling tests and surface area analysis were conducted.
