In this patient, hemodynamic instability was caused by an extensive right ventricular cavity and outflow tract invasion of the LMS. Treatment of the patient included incomplete mass resection, adjuvant chemotherapy, and permanent pacemaker implantation (due to postoperative complete atrio-ventricular block).eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEchocardiographyLeiomyosarcomaMagnetic Resonance ImagingRight VentricleCardiac metastasis of great saphenous vein leiomyosarcomaEditorial3582029203210.1111/jocs.14744Q4WOS:0005424686000012-s2.0-8508722021632579771Q2
