dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada yalın üretim teknikleri kavramına değinmek ve yalın üretimin işletmelerde verimliliğe etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda literatür taraması yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Literatürde yalın üretim ve işletme verimliliğine yönelik çalışmalar incelenerek detaylandırılmıştır. Yalın üretim teknikleri kısaca açıklandıktan sonra verimliliğe olan etkileri ayrıntılı bir şekilde çalışmaya aktarılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yalın üretimin işletmelerin verimliliğini pozitif yönde etkilediği ve yalın üretim tekniklerinin işletmeler için yararlı sonuçlar ortaya koyduğu tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to touch on the concept of lean production techniques and to examine the effect of lean production on productivity in enterprises. For the purpose of the study, the literature review method was used. Studies on lean production and operating efficiency in the literature have been examined and detailed. After the lean production techniques are explained briefly, their effects on productivity are transferred to the study in detail. As a result of the study, it was determined that lean production positively affects the productivity of enterprises and lean production techniques reveal beneficial results for enterprises.
