| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Avrupalı Türkler deneyiminde birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve sonraki kuşak neslin sosyal kimlik tanımlamalarının, çifte-bilinç kavramsallaştırması merkeze alınarak, tek-bilinç, çifte-bilinç, tek-bilinç kavramsallaştırması çerçevesinde analiz edilebileceği önerilmektedir. Buna göre, tek bilinç, ilk kuşak göçmenlerin anavatandan getirdikleri kimliğe, çifte-bilinç, ikinci ve/veya üçüncü kuşak neslin iki dünya arasında gidip gelmelerini ifade eden tireli kimliğe ve tekrar tekbilinç de, üçüncü ve/veya sonraki kuşak neslin, köken kültürden uzaklaşarak hakim kültür içerisinde edindiği kimliğe gönderme yapmaktadır. Her bir bilinç düzeyinin, göçmen toplulukların ev sahibi toplum içerisindeki sosyal kimlik ve aidiyet tanımlaması, yerleşim örüntüsü, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik durum, sivil örgütlenme biçimi, uyum süreci, birlikte yaşama kültürü gibi, çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklı iz düşümlere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, makro-sosyolojik bir perspektiften hareketle önerilen bu kavramsallaştırmanın analizi, konuyla ilgili literatürde yer alan çeşitli Avrupa ülkelerinde (Almanya, Fransa, Belçika, Danimarka, İsveç vb. gibi) yerleşik Türk göçmen nüfus üzerine yapılan saha çalışmalarında ulaşılan aidiyet ve kimlik tanımlamasına ilişkin bulgular ışığında yapılacaktır. Hiç kuşkusuz, bu kavramsallaştırmanın doğrulanabilmesi için, konuya özel daha detaylı saha araştırmalarına ihtiyaç duyulduğu da ifade edilmelidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this paper, it is suggested that identity description of the first, second, third and other generations of Euro-Turks can be analysed within the context of oneconsciousness, double-consciousness and one-consciousness conceptualizations by putting double-consciousness into the centre. In this analysis, meta-analysis method will be used in the light of the findings obtained in field research about Turkish immigrant population settled in several European countries such as Germany, French, Belgium, Denmark and Sweden etc. In this context, it is thought that one-consciousness refers to the identity of the first generation brought from homeland, double-consciousness refers to the identity of the second and/or the third generation seesawing between two worlds and again one-consciousness refers to the identity of the third or the next generation losing their own ethnic culture and having a new identity in the host country. Each level of consciousness is thought to have different profiles due to several factors such as the social identity and belonging definitions of immigrant communities and their settlement, socio-cultural and economic status, civil organization style, integration process and culture of living together in the host country. Undoubtedly, to verify these conceptualizations it must be stressed that some more specific field research is strongly needed. | |
