| dc.description.abstract | Today, it is necessary for production management to be efficient due to issues such as increasing competition, increasing profitability, and survival of companies under difficult competitive conditions. This need has led companies to create more efficient production systems instead of traditional production systems in order to keep up with today's conditions and meet customer demands. Lean Manufacturing is a production philosophy that enables companies to respond to customer demand by reducing waste. Reducing production costs and increasing efficiency through process analysis is very important for the competitiveness of the company Process analysis and process improvement efforts applied by companies in production aim to design the system to provide minimum cost and maximum benefit. In this study; a part of the production process of a large shoe manufacturing factory was taken and a process improvement study was conducted to identify and eliminate the problems that negatively affect the production system. The goal is to reduce work-in-process inventory, increase capacity utilization, and reduce production waste A simulation model of the production process was carried out. | dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde rekabetin artması, rekabet koşulların zorlaşmasıyla işletmelerin karlılıklarını artırabilmeleri ve hayatta kalabilmeleri gibi konular üretim yönetiminin verimli bir şekilde olmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu zorunluluk işletmeleri günümüz koşullarına ayak uydurabilmek, müşterilerin taleplerini karşılayabilmek için geleneksel üretim sistemleri yerine daha verimli üretim sistemleri oluşturmaya yöneltmiştir. Yalın üretim işletmelerin israfını azaltarak müşterinin talebine duyarlı olmayı sağlayan bir üretim felsefesidir. Süreç analizi ile üretim maliyetlerini düşürmek, verimliği artırmak firmanın rekabet edebilirliği bakımından oldukça önemlidir. İşletmeler tarafından üretimde uygulanan süreç analizi ve süreç iyileştirme çabaları sistemi minimum maliyet, maksimum fayda sağlayacak şekilde tasarlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada; büyük ölçekli ayakkabı üretimi yapan bir fabrikanın üretim sürecinin bir bölümü alınarak, üretim sistemini olumsuz etkileyen sorunların tespit ve bertarafı için süreç iyileştirme çalışması yapılmış, üretimde oluşan israfın azaltılması amaçlanmıştır. İncelenen üretim sürecinin benzetimi yapılmış, mevcut durumda tespit edilen darboğazların ve israfların bertaraf edilmesi için birtakım öneriler tartışılmıştır. | tr |
