Özet
Sıcak çarpması vakaları genellikle çöl gibi sıcak bölgelerde görülmekle birlikte sıcak hava dalgasının etkilediği şehirlerde de görülebilmektedir. Bu sunumda sıcak çarpmasına bağlı 5 yaş altı iki çocuk ölümünü olay yeri incelemesi, tanık ifadeleri, otopsi bulguları üzerinden değerlendirmeyi amaçlanmıştır.
