Özet
Bu çalışmada, yöneticilerin duygusal zekâ düzeylerinin karar verme stillerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle duygusal zekâ kavramı ile ilgili bilgiler açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra karar verme stili kavramı üzerinde çalışılmış ve yöneticilerin karar verme stillerini etkileyen etmenler incelenmiştir. Araştırma Bölümü’nde ise, anket yöntemi ile araştırmanın örnekleminde yer alan yönetici katılımcıların konu ile ilgili görüşleri alınmıştır.
In this study, the effect of the decision – making styles of managers’ emotional intelligence level were investigated. Information about the priorities of the concept of emotional intelligence in this direction is described. We then worked on the concept of executive decision – making style and influencing decision – making styles of the factors were examined. In the Research Department, the survey sample of the research methods were consulted on the issue in the managers’ participants.
