dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of physical education and sports teachers' perception of organizational justice on autonomy and the mediating role of work engagement in this effect. Within this scope, the study aims to define and evaluate physical education and sports teachers' perceptions of organizational justice, determine the effect of organizational justice perceptions on work engagement, and identify the relationship between autonomy and organizational justice and work engagement. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool in the study. The questionnaire consists of two sections. The first section consists of questions that seek to determine the socio-demographic characteristics of the physical education and sports teachers participating in the study. The second section contains 25 statements related to a total of 3 variables on scales determined in line with the purpose of the study. The Organizational Justice Scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) was used in the study to measure the organizational justice perception of physical education and sports teachers. The validity and reliability study of the scale in Turkish was conducted by Polat (2007). The Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-3) developed by Schaufeli et al. (2017) was used in the study to measure the work engagement levels of physical education and sports teachers. The validity and reliability of the scale have been demonstrated in numerous studies. The study utilized the Teacher Autonomy Scale developed by Skaalvik and Skaalvik (2009) and adapted into Turkish by Sökmen and Kılıç (2019) to measure the autonomy levels of physical education and sports teachers. SPSS 23 and AMOS software were used to analyze the data collected from physical education and sports teachers who agreed to participate in the study. The study found a positive and significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice, their commitment to work, and their levels of autonomy. It also found that commitment to work was positively and highly predicted by organizational justice, it was determined that autonomy was positively and highly predicted by work engagement, and that work engagement played a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and autonomy.en
dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet algısının otonomi üzerindeki etkisini ve bu etkide çalışmaya tutkunluğun aracı rolünü saptamaktır. Bu kapsamda; beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet algısının tanımlanması ve değerlendirilmesi, örgütsel adalet algısının çalışma tutkusu üzerindeki etkinin belirlenmesi, otonominin örgütsel adalet ve çalışma tutkusu ile olan ilişkisinin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formu iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm araştırmaya katılım gösteren beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin sosyo-demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmeye çalışıldığı sorulardan oluşmaktadır. İkinci bölüm ise araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda belirlenmiş olan ölçeklerde yer alan toplam 3 değişkene ait 25 ifade yer almaktadır. Araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet algısını ölçmek için Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması Polat (2007) tarafından yapılmıştır. Araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin çalışmaya tutkunluk düzeylerini ölçmek için Schaufeli ve diğerleri (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Utrecht Çalışmaya Tutkunluk (UWES-3) Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliği birçok araştırmada kullanılarak ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin otonomi düzeylerini ölçmek için Skaalvik ve Skaalvik (2009) tarafından geliştirilen, Sökmen ve Kılıç (2019) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Öğretmen Özerklik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinden toplanan verilerin analizi için SPSS 23 ve AMOS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada sonuç olarak öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algıları, çalışmaya tutkunlukları ve otonomi düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki, çalışmaya tutkunluğun örgütsel adalet tarafından pozitif yönde ve yüksek düzeyde yordandığı, otonominin, çalışmaya tutkunluk tarafından pozitif yönde ve yüksek düzeyde yordandığı ve çalışmaya tutkunluğun örgütsel adalet ile otonomi arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü oynadığı belirlenmiştir.tr
