dc.description.abstractOsmanlılar ve Akkoyunlular, biri Anadolu'da diğeri İran ve Yakın Doğu coğrafyasında hüküm süren iki Sünnî devlettir. Sünnîlerin hamisi olarak mücadele veren bu iki devlet, soylarını kutlu sayılan Oğuz Han'a dayandırmıştır. İlk başlarda koruyucu tavırlarıyla Osmanlı, Akkoyunluların taht mücadelesinde şehzadelerin sığınağı olmuştur. Bu bağlılık ilişkisi, Akkoyunluların Uzun Hasan Bey döneminde, Karakoyunluları yenip onların geniş topraklarına sahip olmasıyla kendisine rakip olarak Osmanlı'yı görmesi ve Osmanlı topraklarına yapılan saldırılarla, yerini gergin bir ortama bırakmıştır. II. Mehmed (Fatih Sultan Mehmed) ile Uzun Hasan Bey arasında yapılan Otlukbeli Savaşı, Akkoyunlular için hezimetle sonuçlanınca, devletin yıkılma süreci başlamıştır. Bazen ılımlı bazen de sıkıntılı süreçler geçiren iki devlet arasında sığınma, evlilik, elçi teatisi, rehin alma, tehdit, ticaret gibi birçok konuda diplomasi kaidesine göre ilişkiler kurulmuştur. Bu ilişkilerin en önemli tanıkları olan mektuplaşmalar ve diğer diplomatik belgeler esas alınarak dönemin kaynak eserleri ışığında iki devletin diplomatik ilişkileri incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe Ottoman and the Aqqoyunlu, are the two Sunni states, one in Anatolia and the other geography of Iran and Near East. These two states, who were struggling as Sunni patronage, based their lineage on Oghuz Khan, who was regarded as blessed. At first, the Ottoman Empire, with its protective attitude, was the shelter of princes in the struggle of the Aqqoyunlu tribes. This loyalty relationship, in the period of Uzun Hasan, defeated the Karaqoyunlu and their land was large. The fact that he saw the Ottoman Empire as a rival has left the place of the attacks on the Ottoman lands to a tense environment. The Otlukbeli War between II. Mehmed and Uzun Hasan when the Aqqoyunites failed, the collapse of the state began. Between the two states which sometimes have moderate and sometimes troublesome processes, relations have been established according to the principles of diplomacy on many subjects such as refugee, marriage, envoy visits, hostage, threat and trade. The correspondences which are the most important witnesses of these relations, in the light of the source works of the period, the diplomatic relations of the two states were examined.
