Özet
ekrin poroma, ekrin ter bezlerinden köken alan benign kutanöz tümördür. ekrin poroma genellikle ayak tabanı ve avuç içinde yerleşir ancak nadiren boyun, saçlı deri ve yüzde de görülebilmektedir. ekrin poroma tedavisi cerrahidir. Malign transformasyon ve rekürrens gösterebileceğinden dolayı hastalar cerrahi sonrasında düzenli olarak takip edilmelidir.
