Özet
İddianamenin kabulüyle başlayan kovuşturma evresinde ceza muhakemesinin önemli unsurlarından biri olan sanığa uluslararası hukuk metinleri, anayasa ve 5271 sayılı Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu geniş haklar tanımıştır. Bu çalışmada bu hakların neler olduğu açıklanacaktır. Amaç ceza yargılamasında kovuşturma aşamasında sanık haklarını açıklamak ve yaygınlaştırmaktır.
International law texts, the constitution and CMK (Turkey Criminal Procedure Code, No. 5271) has recognized broad rights to the accused who was one of the important elements of the criminal procedure during the prosecution process. This study will explain what these rights are. The aim is to explain and disseminate the rights of the accused in the prosecution process.
