dc.description.abstractM.Ö.1200' den M.Ö. 330 tarihine kadarki süreçte Anadolu Coğrafyası üzerinde farklı kültürel ve siyasal unsurlar varlığını sürdürmüştür. Frigya, Lidya, Urartu ve Likya uygarlıkları bunlardan sadece birkaçıdır. Bu kültürlere ait kent kapıları: kaleler, surlar ve bunlara yönelik dönemsel mimari özellikler, topografik yapı ve savunma mimarisine etkisi çalışmamız içerisinde ele alınmıştır. Anadolu Demir Çağı'nın aydınlatılmasında mimari unsurlar önemli arkeolojik kanıtlardan birisidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; kentlerde savunma işlevini yerine getiren ve kentlerin mimari ve sanatsal özelliklerini, kültürünü, sivil ve askeri yönlerini yansıtan kent kapılarını, ait oldukları coğrafi ve dönemsel özellikleri de dikkate alarak incelemektir.
dc.description.abstractFrom 1200 B.C. until the date that process 330 B.C. different cultural and political elements had existed in Anatolian geography, Phrygian, Lydian, Urartu and Lycian civilizations were just a few of them.City Gates of these cultures and periodic architectural features of them, the purpose of topography and construction are discussed in our study. For elucidation of anatolian İron Age and the İron Age in urbanization process, architectural elements are the most important archaeological records.The purpose of thiswork is the city Gates those reflecting the defence function of the city, cultural characteristics, architectural and artistic features of the city, the civilian and military aspects considering the geographical and periodical features
