Özet
Bu çalışmada, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin fen eğitimine karşı tutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler, Çorum ilinde bulunan ilköğretim okulları bünyesinde yer alan anasınıflarında ve bağımsız anaokullarında görev yapan 244(232kadın, 12 erkek) öğretmenden Fen Eğitimine Karşı Tutum Ölçeği ve Genel Bilgi Formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışma betimsel araştırma türlerinden tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda, okul öncesi öğretmenlerin fen eğitimine karşı tutumlarının olumlu olduğu saptanmış, cinsiyetin ve yaşın fen eğitimini karşı tutumda fark oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin fen eğitimine karşı tutumlarının okul türü, eğitim düzeyi, çalışılan yaş grubu, yardımcı öğretmenin varlığı, çalışma saati ve hizmet yılına göre değişmediği de tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this study was to determine preschool teachers’ attitudes towards science teaching. The participant of the study was 244(232 women, 12 men) preschool teachers working in kindergarten schools in Çorum city. Data were obtained using the Attitude Scale Towards Science Education and General Information Form. The study was a descriptive research and it was carried out by survey model. As a result of the study, it was determined that pre-school teachers' attitudes towards science education were positive, gender and age have a difference in attitude towards science education. It was also found that teachers' attitudes towards science education did not change according to school type, education level, age group worked, presence of assistant teacher, working hours and years of service.
