Özet
Basınç ülseri gelişiminin önlenmesi, erken dönemde tedavisi ve deri bütünlüğünün korunması özellikle kronik hastalığı olan çocuklarda bakımın kalitesini yansıtmaktadır. Ülser oluşumunun altında yatan nedenlerin anlaşılması ve faktörlerin belirlenmesi basınç ülseri oluşumunu önlemede önemlidir. Çocuklarda deri bütünlüğünde bozulmayı birçok faktör etkilemektedir. Hemşirelerin bu faktörlerin belirlenmesinde, basınç ülserlerinin oluşumunun önlenmesinde ve girişimlerin erken dönemde uygulanmasında önemli işlevleri bulunmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı, çocuklarda basınç ülserlerinin değerlendirilmesine ve erken hemşirelik girişimlerine bir rehber oluşturmaktır. Bu doğrultuda, basınç ülseri bulunan bir çocuğa yönelik yapılması gereken hemşirelik girişimleri sunulmuştur.
The prevention and early treatment of pressure ulcers and maintenance of skin integrity is reflected the quality of care. To understand of the underlying factors and determine the factors of ulcer formation is important to prevent the pressure ulcers. Several factors influence the skin breakdown in children. Nurses have important functions for identification of these factors, prevention the formation of pressure ulcers and early interventions. The aim of this article is to provide a guide for assessment and early intervention for pressure ulcers in children. For this reason, nursing interventions for pressure ulcer in children is included.
