| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effects of sourcing raw materials used in production processes from abroad on the stock quantities of enterprises are analyzed and solutions are developed for the problems encountered in this process. Within the scope of the study, supply chain, logistics, inventory management and imported material supply issues are discussed in the light of the literature and a theoretical framework is established. It was analyzed how adverse situations that arise at different stages of imported material procurement affect the stock amount, and stock changes before and after the implementation were examined to determine these effects. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that the problems related to the procurement of raw materials from abroad cannot be completely and permanently eliminated, but the benefits and costs of imported material procurement can be balanced through measures and process improvements. The study was concluded by presenting recommendations on measures and process improvements that can be taken. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, üretim süreçlerinde kullanılan ham maddenin yurt dışından tedarik edilmesinin işletme stok miktarları üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiş ve bu süreçte karşılaşılan problemlere yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında tedarik zinciri, lojistik, stok yönetimi ve ithal malzeme tedariki konuları literatür ışığında ele alınarak kuramsal bir çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. İthal malzeme tedarikinin farklı aşamalarında ortaya çıkan olumsuz durumların stok miktarını nasıl etkilediği analiz edilmiş, bu etkilerin tespit edilmesi amacıyla uygulama öncesi ve sonrası stok değişimleri incelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, yurt dışından ham madde tedarikine ilişkin sorunların tamamen ve kalıcı olarak ortadan kaldırılamayacağı, ancak alınacak önlemler ve süreç iyileştirmeleri sayesinde ithal malzeme tedarikinin faydaları ile maliyetlerinin dengelenebileceği görülmüştür. Çalışma, alınabilecek tedbirler ve süreç iyileştirmeleri ile ilgili öneriler sunularak sonuçlandırılmıştır. | tr |
