dc.description.abstractIn this study, a small-volume, low-cost and high-accuracy microcontroller-based testbed system based on infinite cycle algorithm is designed for the desired time calibration of liquid flowmeters. The fundamental principle of this system is based on weighing the amount of liquid without interrupting the liquid flow. The hardware of the system consists of mechanical and electronic modules including microcontroller, TFT display, load cell, thermocouple, tank, pump, etc. An algorithm for the designed infinite cycle calibration system is developed and microcontroller software is coded in C++. The weight data of the liquid obtained with the load cells are processed in the microcontroller depending on time. As a result, the designed microcontroller-based system contributes to users and researchers by enabling the automatic testing and analysis of liquid flowmeters.
