Özet
Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih – Coğrafya Fakültesi Antropoloji Bölümü öğretim elemanları ve öğrencileri olarak, bölümümüzün merhum öğretim üyelerinden Prof. Dr. Ayhan ERSOY’un üçüncü ölüm yıldönümü anısına bir etkinlik düzenlenmesine karar verilmiştir. Bölümümüzle ortak bilimsel çalışmalar gerçekleştirmek üzere hâlihazırda Türkiye’de bulunan Toronto Üniversitesi Antropoloji Bölümü öğretim üyelerinden Prof. Dr. David R. BEGUN’a Prof. Dr. Ayhan ERSOY anısına bir konferans verme teklifini götürdüğümüzde büyük bir memnuniyetle kabul etme nezaketini göstermiştir.
As the members and students of the Department of Anthropology at the Ankara University Faculty of Letters, we decided to make an organization in memory of late Prof. Dr. Ayhan Ersoy, a former member of our department. Prof. Dr. David R. Begun of the Department of Anthropology at the University of Toronto, who was already in Turkey for his scientific studies, has gladly and kindly accepted to give a conference after our offer to him.
