dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışması ile ülkemizde ve dünyada varlığını hala devam ettiren "erken yaşta evlilikler" algısının toplumumuzca bakış açısına, ülkemizde ve diğer dünya ülkelerinde bulunan hukuk düzenine, suç/suçlu kavramları ile erken yaş evliliklerin ilişkisine Türkiye'de çocuk gelin olmak, adölesanlarda gebelik, anayasamızda erken yaşta evliliğin hükmü ve erken yaş evliliklerinin hem bireysel hem de toplumsal açıdan sorunlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tezde literatür taraması yapılarak farklı makale ve görüşme örnekleri derlenmiş olup bu derleme sonucunda araştırmayı yapan öğrencilerde bu konuda farkındalık oluşmuştur. Ayrıca "Hitit Üniversitesi" öğrencilerinin de anket sorularına verdikleri yanıtlar ile birlikte katılımcıların düşüncelerine göre nicel bir sonuç elde edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractWith this thesis study, it is aimed to examine the perspective of the perception of "early marriages", which still continues to exist in our country and in the world, the legal order in our country and other world countries, the relationship between the concepts of crime / criminal and early marriages, being a child bride in Turkey, pregnancy in adolescents, the provision of early marriage in our constitution and the problems of early age marriages both individually and socially. In the thesis, different articles and interview samples were compiled by conducting a literature review and as a result of this review, awareness was created in the students who conducted the research. In addition, with the answers of the "Hitit University" students to the survey questions, a quantitative result was obtained according to the thoughts of the participants.
