dc.description.abstractX ve Y Kuşağı Mensubu Öğretmenlerin Mesleki Etik Algılarının Karşılaştırılmasına İlişkin Bir Alan Araştırması, Yüksek Lisans, Çorum, 2018. Etik kuralları; belli yasa, kural, ilke ya da yöntemlere ulaşılması için bir araç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Değişik bir açıdan bakıldığında bireysel çıkarları için hareket eden kişiye karşı ortak çıkarları koruduğu bilinmektedir. Bu amaçla yerel, ulusal hatta evrensel boyutta karşılaşılacak olan hukuksuzluk ve zorbalığa karşı çeşitli etik kategorilerin oluşturulduğu bilinmektedir. Uygulamaya konan; meslek etiği, çevre etiği, global etik, mesleki davranış ilkeleri gibi kategorilerle birlikte, oluşacak olumsuzluklara bir set oluşturulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Yapılan analizlerde kuşaklar arasında; sosyal, siyasal ve yetişme şartları bakımından çeşitli farklılıkların olduğu bilinmektedir. Bireylerin; cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu ve hizmet süreleri belirlenerek davranış, çalışma şekilleri ve bulundukları ortamdan beklentilerine göre mesleki etik algıları arasında farklılık olup olmadığı incelenmek istenmektedir.
dc.description.abstractA Field Study On the Comparison of Professional Ethical Perceptions of Teachers Who are Members of X and Y Generation, Master of Science Thesis, Çorum, 2018. Ethical rules are used as a means of reaching certain laws, rules, principles or methods. When viewed from a different point o view, it's known that they protect one's benefits against the person acting for individual interest.to this end, it is known that various categories of ethics have been created against the lawlessness and tyranny that will be encountered in the local national an deven universal dimension. They're trying to establish a set of disadvantages to be formed with the categories such as occupational ethics, environmental ethics, global ethics, Professional conduct principles applied. In the analyzes made, it is known that there are various differences among the generations in terms of social, political and growing conditions. It is aimed to examine whether gender age, education status and duration of services are determined and whether there is any difference between Professional ethical considerations according environment they are in.
