| dc.description.abstract | Sürdürülebilir kalkınma ve Sürdürülebilirlik konusu günümüzde gerek teorik alanda, gerekse de politik uygulama alanında gündemdeki önemli konulardan birini oluşturmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir kalkmmanm kavramlaştırılması aşamasıyla kendi interdisipliner yapısı içerisinde bulunan kavram-- sal ilişkileri önem kazanır. Bu ilişkilerin tanımlandığı çerçeve ise kavramm modellenmesine temel oluşturacaktır. Konu üzerine yapılan teorik ve uygulama çalışmaları genellikle bu modeller kullanı-- larak yapıldığı için modellenme aşaması önemli bir aşamayı oluşturur. Bu çalışmada sürdürülebilir kalkmmanm geniş kavramsal incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiş, modellemede kullanılacak teknik araçlar ve Sürdürülebilirlik ölçümleri incelenmiştir. Teknik incelemelerde öne çıkan çevresel Kuznets eğrisi ve çevresel içsel büyüme modelleri karşılaştırılarak; uygulamalarda öne çıkan çevresel Kuznets eğ-- risi modelleri özellikle eleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda çevresel içsel büyüme modellerinin önemli bir boşluğu doldurma kapasitesine sahip olduğu saptanmış, buna karşın bu konuda hala önemli bir boşluğun olduğu sonuç olarak elde edilmiştir. Bu sebeple çevresel değerlendirmeyi gelişmeye içsel olarak dahil etme potansiyeline vurgu yapılarak çevresel içsel büyüme modelleri öne çıkartılırken, modelin uygulamasına yönelik çalışmalara yol açılması amaçlanmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Sustainable development and sustainability subject is an important issue both in the aca— demical areas and in pragmatical and political applications. Conseptualization ofthe subject and the conseptual relations in this interdisciplinary area constitute, at the same time, the tools of the modellization of sustainable development. Being implemented an exclusive study on concepts related with sustainable development, technical tools to modelize sustainable development are determined and analyzed. The environmental Kuznets curve and environmental endogenous grth models come forward through the analysis. These two models are compared and critisized. EKC models critisized in terms of the depth of representation ability. Environmental endogenous growth models has potential in this respect, nevertheless, there are just few studies exist to fill the gap in this area. Therefore, underlining the potential that environmental valuation can be added to growth models endogenously, this study aims to propagate applications of the environmental endogenous model. | |
