Özet
Amaç: Futbol ve cimnastik kursuna katılan öğrencilere uygulatılan life kinetik egzersizlerinin motor beceriler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Yöntem: Çalışmamız araştırma grupları 6-9 yaş arasındaki 20 futbol ve 20 cimnastik öğrencisi olmak üzere toplam 40 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Futbol ve cimnastik grubu kendi içerisinde deney kontrol grubu olarak ikiye ayrılmıştır. Her iki branşında deney gruplarına, branşlarıyla ilgili antrenman programlarının yanı sıra 8 hafta süreyle haftada 2 gün 45 dakikadan oluşan life kinetik egzersizleri uygulatılmıştır. Kontrol gruplarına ise sadece branş antrenmanları yaptırılmış, ek bir antrenman uygulatılmamıştır. Çalışmaya katılan araştırma gruplarının fiziksel, antropometrik ve motorik özellikleri ölçülmüştür. Bulgular: Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde IBM SPSS 25.0 paket programında kullanılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmelerde futbol ve cimnastik branşının deney ve kontrol gruplarında ön test son test sonuçlarına göre futbol deney grubu öğrencilerinin boy, kilo, kulaç uzunluğu, oturma yüksekliği, omuz çevresi, göğüs çevresi, kalça çevresi ve baldır çevresi özelliklerinde, cimnastik deney grubu öğrencilerinin boy, kilo, kulaç uzunluğu, oturma yüksekliği, omuz, göğüs, karın ve baldır çevresi, otur-eriş ve dinamik denge parametrelerinde anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüş olup, diğer parametrelerde ise pozitif yönlü gelişim olmasına rağmen istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç: Futbol branşında çeviklik ve dinamik denge sağ ayak becerilerinde anlamlı bir fark bulunurken cimnastik branşında otur eriş, dinamik denge sağ ve sol ayakta anlamlı farklılık görülmüştür.
Purpose: To examine the effects of life kinetic exercises applied to students participating in football and gymnastics courses on motor skills. Method: Our study consists of 40 research groups, 20 football and 20 gymnastics students between the ages of 6-9. The football and gymnastics groups were divided into two groups as experimental and control groups. In both branches, the experimental groups were subjected to 45-minute life kinetic exercises twice a week for 8 weeks, in addition to the training programs related to their branches. The control groups were subjected to only branch training and no additional training. The physical, anthropometric and motoric characteristics of the research groups participating in the study were measured. Findings: IBM SPSS 25.0 package program was used in the statistical analysis of the data. In the statistical evaluations, according to the pre-test and post-test results in the experimental and control groups of football and gymnastics, a significant difference was observed in the height, weight, stroke length, sitting height, shoulder circumference, chest circumference, hip circumference and calf circumference characteristics of the football experimental group students, and in the height, weight, stroke length, sitting height, shoulder, chest, abdomen and calf circumference, sit-reach and dynamic balance parameters of the gymnastics experimental group students, and although there was a positive development in the other parameters, no statistically significant difference was found. Conclusion: While a significant difference was found in agility and dynamic balance right foot skills in football, a significant difference was observed in sit-reach, dynamic balance right and left feet in gymnastics.
