Özet
Bilgi teknolojilerini kullanan firmalar herhangi bir mal veya hizmeti diğer ülke ya da işletmelerden daha önce dış pazarlara ulaştıracak ve rekabet avantajı sağlamış olacaklardır. Ayrıca, bilgi teknolojileri ve bunların kullanımı, işletmelerin üretim ve pazarlama aşamalarında doğru bilgi almalarına, bu bilgileri derlemelerine, iyi yorumlayabilmelerine ve sürdürülebilirliklerine yardımcı olacaktır. Türkiye’nin ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan KOBİ’lerin de küresel gelişmelerden geri kalması düşünülemez. Bu araştırma kapsamında, küreselleşme sürecinde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı ve KOBİ yönetimine katkısı araştırılacaktır. Çalışma sonucunda, Türkiye ölçeğinde önemli bir yere ve imaja sahip Çorum KOBİ’lerinin de bu süreçten etkilendikleri görülmüş ve eksiklikler hususunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Applications of information technologies helps to obtain useful information related to stages of production and marketing which can be interpreted as the one of the most important steps of sustainability. SMEs, which have an important role in Turkey's economy, are not being considered to remain behind global trends. In that context, the main aim of this research is to analyze the importance of applying information technologies for SMEs and its contribution to the management of SMEs in Çorum. It is observed that Çorum SMEs have been affected by this process. In conclusion, a few suggestions have been made regarding the lack of applications of information technologies.
