| dc.description.abstract | Mekân ve boşluk, ilk bakışta fiziğin sıradan kavramları arasında görülse de esasında bunlar önemli kozmolojik sorunların açıklanmasında da kullanılırlar. Denebilir ki her mekân ve boşluk tasavvurunun, kendisine ait bir kozmolojisi vardır. Hem mekânın hem de boşluğun varlığını reddedenlerin kozmolojisi, her ikisinin de varlığını kabul edenlerin kozmolojisinden; mekânın varlığını kabul edip boşluğun varlığını reddedenlerin kozmoloji ise ilk ikisinden farklıdır. Bunlardan ilki, Elea filozoflarının, ikincisi Grek atomcularının, üçüncüsü ise Aristo ve Meşşâî İslam filozoflarının görüşüdür. İlk iki anlayışta alem sınırsız ve sonsuzdur. İkincisinde, diğerinden farklı olarak alemin içerisinde boşluk vardır. Üçüncü anlayışta ise mekânın, ancak yer tutanla varolabileceği kabul edildiği için alem hem sınırlıdır hem de alemin ötesinde doluluk ve boşluk yoktur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first glance however it’s found that vacuum and place are ordinary concepts of physics, they in fact are concepts used in the explanation of important cosmological problems. It may be said that every place and vacuum conception has its own cosmology. The cosmology of those who reject both the existence of place and vacuum is different from the cosmology of those who accept the existence of both. The cosmology of those who accept the existence of place and reject the existence of vacuum is also different from the first two. First of these is view of philosophers of Elea, second is Grecian atomists’ and the third is Aristotle’s and peripatetic islamic philosopher’s. İn the first of these two views universe is unlimited and endless. İn the second there is vacuum contrary to the first. İn the third view, because it’s accepted that place may exist only with one that takes up place, universe is both limited and there is no fullness and vacuum beyond universe. | |
