Özet
Ülkemizde teknik ara elemanların yetiştirildiği eğitim kurumlarından biri olan Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilincinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Mesleki ve Teknik Okulların amacı, öğrencileri iş hayatına hazırlarken, öğrencilerin alanlarında ihtiyaç duyacakları bilgileri ve psikomotor becerileri kazanmalarını sağlamaktır. Bu mesleki bilgiler içerisinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusu da önemli ve elzem bir konu olarak yer almaktadır. Ayrıca sağlık ve güvenlik kültürü gelişimi için ülke genelinde birlikte hareket edilebilmesi önem taşımaktadır. Öğrencilerin eğitim gördükleri kurumda İSG yönetim sistemi ile tanışmaları, etkin bir şekilde uygulandığını görmeleri ve içerisinde yaşamaları almış oldukları eğitimlerle birlikte köklü bir İSG kültürünün gelecek nesillere aktarılmasını sağlayan önemli bir husustur. Bu çalışmada; İş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sistemlerinin incelenmesi, uygulanması ve varılan sonuçların değerlendirmesi yapılacaktır. ISO 45001 İSG Yönetim Sistemi Buharaevler Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi'nde uygulanmış, sürekli iyileştirme ve geliştirme uygulamaları üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Küresel ölçekte giderek daha fazla uygulanır hale gelen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sistemi ile meslek liselerinin bütünleştirilmesi adına yapılan çalışmada; iş sağlığı ve güvenliği politikası, planlaması ve operasyonlarına ilişkin sorumluluklar, süreçler, sürekli iyileştirmeler hayata geçirilmiş ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.
It is aimed to develop occupational health and safety awareness in Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools, which are one of the educational institutions in our country where technical intermediate staff are trained. The aim of Vocational and Technical Schools is to prepare students for business life and to ensure that students gain the knowledge and psychomotor skills they will need in their fields. Among this professional knowledge, occupational health and safety is also an important and essential issue. In addition, it is important to act together throughout the country to develop a health and safety culture. It is an important issue that students become acquainted with the OHS management system in the institution where they study, see that it is implemented effectively and live in it, together with the training they receive, ensuring that a deep-rooted OHS culture is passed on to future generations. In this study; Occupational health and safety management systems will be examined, implemented and the results evaluated. ISO 45001 OHS Management System was implemented at Buharaevler Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, and continuous improvement and development practices were studied. In the study carried out to integrate vocational high schools with the occupational health and safety management system, which is becoming increasingly applicable on a global scale; Responsibilities, processes and continuous improvements regarding occupational health and safety policy, planning and operations have been implemented and the results have been evaluated.
