Özet
Bu araştırmada, elektrik dağıtım sektöründe çalışanlar tarafından kullanılan kişisel koruyucu donanımların, elektrik dağıtım sektöründe yaşanan veya yaşanması muhtemel olan iş kazalarına karşı etkilerini incelemek amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, konu ile ilgili literatür içerisinde yer alan daha öncesinde gerçekleştirilmiş olan araştırma ve çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen literatür taraması sonucunda konuyla alakalı olan bilgi ve başlıklara araştırma içerisinde yer verilmiştir. Yapılan literatür taraması ve incelemeler sonucunda elektrik dağıtım sektöründe çalışan kişilerin kişisel koruyucu donanımlar hakkında bilgiye sahip olarak gerçekleştirdikleri tehlikeli işlerde gerekli olan kişisel koruyucu donanımları kullanan çalışanların iş kazalarına daha az maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma elektrik dağıtım sektöründe çalışanlar tarafından kullanılan kişisel koruyucu donanımların iş kazalarına yönelik etkilerinin tespit edilmesi, literatür içerisinde elektrik dağıtım sektörü ve kişisel koruyucu ekipmanlarını başlıklarını birlikte ele alan araştırma ve çalışmanın az olması nedeniyle literatüre katkıda bulunulması ve gelecekte konu ile ilgili yapılacak olan araştırma ve çalışmalara örnek teşkil etmesi açısından önem arz etmektedir.
In this research, it is aimed to examine the effects of personal protective equipment used by employees in the electricity distribution sector against work accidents experienced or likely to occur in the electricity distribution sector. For this purpose, the research and studies that have been carried out previously in the literature related to the subject have been evaluated. As a result of the literature search, information and titles related to the subject were included in the research. As a result of the literature review and reviews conducted, it has been found that employees who use personal protective equipment necessary for dangerous jobs performed by people working in the electricity distribution sector with knowledge about personal protective equipment are less exposed to occupational accidents. This research is important for determining the effects of personal protective equipment used by employees in the electricity distribution sector on occupational accidents, contributing to the literature and setting an example for future research and studies on the electricity distribution sector and personal protective equipment due to the fact that there are few studies and studies that address the topics together in the literature.
