Özet
We have recently read with great interest the article reported by Cınar et al. which was published in the last issue of the Journal of Thrombosis and Thrombolysis [1]. We appreciate the authors for their report describing the predictive value of CHA2DS2-VASc with mitral prosthetic valve thrombosis (PVT). On the other hand, we believe that there are several drawbacks that need to be addressed.
