| dc.description.abstract | “Şiî İmâmiyye Fıkhının Teşekkül Süreci ve İmamet” isimli makale çalışmamız giriş ve dört ana başlıktan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak İslam fıkhının doğuşuyla ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Ardından erken dönem Şiî düşüncesinin yapısı üzerinde durulmuş ve bu çerçevede imamet anlayışı ele alınmıştır. Devamında ise Şiî fıkıh anlayışında imametin merkezi bir konum elde etmesi ve bununla ilgili argümanlar işlenmiştir. Son olarak da Şiî fıkhının kurumsallaşma aşaması ve bu sürecin oluşumunda etkili olan belli başlı konular üzerinde durulmuştur. Bunlardan birincisi On İkinci İmam’ın gaybeti iddiası, diğeri Şiî bilginlerden İbn Ebi Akîl el-Umanî ve İbn Cuneyd el-İskâfî’nin sunduğu yeni yaklaşımlar, bir başkası ise İbn Babaveyh ve Şiî Büveyhî Devletinin etkisi, son olarak da Şeyh Müfîd’in öncülüğünde kurumsallaşan Şiî fıkıh anlayışı olarak özetlenebilir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our article study named “The Formation Process of Fiqh Concerning The Shi’ite Imamiyyah and the Imamate” consist of introduction and four main titles. In this article, firstly, the arising of Islamic Fiqh is evaluated. Secondly, the structure of the early Shi’ite thought is investigated and in this context, the understanding of imamate is dealed with. Thirdly, the centralization of imamate in the understanding of Shi’ite fiqh and the arguments of that are analysed. Finally, the institutionalization stage of Shi’ite fiqh and the some basic matters affecting formatinon of that are dealed with. The first of these matters can be abstracted as disapperance of Twelfth Imam, the other, as new approuches presented by Ibn Aqîl al-Umanî and Ibn Junayd al-Askâfî, which is one of the Shi’ite scholars, another as effect of the state Shi’ite Buyids and İbn Bâbawayh, and finally as the understanding of Shi’ite fiqh, institutionalized in leadrship of Shaykh al-Mufîd | |
