dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the Evaluation of Coaches' Job Satisfaction and Anxiety Levels. The sample group of the study consists of active coaches working in Ankara Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in 2023-2024. In the study, 'Personal Information Collection Form', 'Spielberger State and Trait Anxiety Scale' and 'Minnesote Job Satisfaction Scale' prepared to determine the demographic characteristics of the coaches were applied. Independent Sample t test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analyses were performed with SPSS 27 software. According to the findings of the research, it was determined that there was a significant difference between gender variable and Trait Anxiety Scale scores, while there was no significant difference between Job Satisfaction Scale Scores. It was determined that there was no significant difference between both Trait Anxiety Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale Scores according to age, marital status and educational status variables. It was found that there was a significant difference in the Trait Anxiety Scale scores according to the working years and levels of the coaches, but there was no significant difference between the Job Satisfaction Scale Scores. Finally, there is a negative relationship between trait anxiety and job satisfaction. of coaches. Thanks to this study, the findings obtained from the job satisfaction and anxiety levels of the coaches provide an important contribution to the literature and provide an important contribution to the literature in this field.en
dc.description.abstractAntrenörlerin İş Doyumu ve Kaygı Düzeylerinin Değerlendirilmesinin incelenmesi bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu 2023-2024 yılında Ankara Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğünde görev alan aktif antrenörler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada antrenörlerin demografik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik hazırlanmış 'Kişisel Bilgi Toplama Formu', 'Spielberger Durumluk ve Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği' ve 'Minnesote İş Tatmin Ölçeği'' very topama aracı olarak uygulanmıştır. Normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilen verilere SPSS 27 programı ile Bağımsız Örneklem t testi, ANOVA, Pearson Korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma elde edilen bulgularına göre; cinsiyet değişkeni ile Sürekli Kaygı Ölçek puanları arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmişken, İş Doyum Ölçek Puanları arasında anlamlı fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Yaş, medeni durum ve eğitim durum değişkenine göre hem Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği ve İş Doyum Ölçek Puanları arasında anlamlı fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Antrenörlerin çalışma yılı ve kademeleri değişkenine göre ise Sürekli Kaygı Ölçek puanlarında anlamlı bir fark olduğu tespit edilirken, İş Doyum Ölçek Puanları arasında anlamlı fark yaratmadığı bulunmuştur. Son olarak antrenörlerin sürekli kaygı ile iş doyumu arasında negatif yönde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sayesinde, antrenörlerin iş doyumlarından ve kaygı düzeylerinden elde edilen bulguların literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlaması ve bu alandaki literatürü zenginleştirmesi düşünülmektedir.tr
