Özet
Musa Kazım Efendi (1858-1920), Osmanlı imparatorluğunun son döneminde şeyhü-lislâmlık yapmış, imparatorluğun çöküşünü durdurabilmek için kendi alanıyla ilgili ko-nularda çeşitli gayretler göstermiş ve ikbal dönemlerinden sonra “sürgün” günlerini de yaşamış bir ilim adamıdır. Elinizdeki makalede Musa Kazım Efendi’nin Dârülfünûn İlahi-yat Şubesi ikinci sınıfında görülen Usûl-i Fıkıh dersinde vermiş olduğu bir dersin met-nini neşrettik. Bu metin “İlahiyat Şubesi İkinci Sınıfında Tedris Olunan Usûl-i Fıkıh” adını taşımaktadır. Söz konusu metin/risale fıkıh usulünün hakikat ve mecaz konusuyla ilgili-dir. Bu makalede önce Şeyhülislam Musa Kazım Efendi’nin kısaca hayatı ve eserleri an-latıldı, sonra da fıkıh usulüyle ilgili risalesi aslına sadık bir şekilde latinize edildi.
Musa Kazım Efendi (1858-1920) is a scholar who served as Sheikh al-Islam in the last periods of Ottoman Empire, made a great effort in subjects about his fields to stop col-lapse of empire; experienced even exile days after prosperous times. In this article, we published the text of lecture that Musa Kazım Efendi gave in the class of Islamic Jurisp-rudence (usul al-fıqh) in the second-grade, Department of Theology, Dâr al-Fünûn. This text was named as “Islamic Jurisprudence Lessons Given in the Second-Grade of the Department of Theology” (İlahiyat Şubesi İkinci Sınıfında Tedris Olunan Usûl-i Fıkıh). Mentioned text is about the subject of reality (al-haqiqa) and methapor (al-majaz) in Is-lamıc jurisprudence. At first, we dealed with the life of Musa Kazım Efendi and his works in this study. After that we latinised authentically the mentioned text of him.
