To the Editor, We have recently read with great interest the article by Wei et al. entitled “Recurrent prosthetic valve dysfunction in a patient with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome: A case report and literature review”1 We appreciate the authors for the management of therapy in a patient with recurrent prosthetic valve dysfunction. On the other hand, we believe that there are some major drawbacks that need to be addressed.
