dc.description.abstractWe report on a 49-year-old woman with cysts of the round ligament causing a nonreducible mass of the groin. Cysts of the round ligament are rare. Physical findings were similar to those of an inguinal hernia Such cysts are usually not considered in the differential diagnosis of groin hernias and might be identified only at the time of herniorraphy.
