Özet
including urinary extravasation, bleeding necessitating transfusion, and postoperative fever. Septicemia, colonic and pleural injury are rare major complications. Neighboring organ injury, especially colonic injury, is frequently seen during tract dilatation procedure. In this study, we report a case of colonic lumbar hernia, which is a rare complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
