Özet
Bu çalışma, çalışanlarda işkoliklikle benlik saygısı ilişkisinde algılanan örgütsel desteğin aracılık rolünü tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma verilerini elde etmek için, Çorum ilinde bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan 200 çalışana anket form uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket formunda demografik sorular dahil olmak üzere, hastane çalışanlarında işkoliklik, algılanan örgütsel destek ve benlik saygısını ölçmeye yönelik, ülkemizdeki çalışmalarda yaygın kullanılan geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmış üç ayrı ölçek kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programında belirli analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda: algılanan örgütsel desteğin; işten zevk alma (işkoliklik alt boyutu) ile kendini sevme (benlik saygısı alt boyutu) arasındaki ilişkide, işten zevk alma (işkoliklik alt boyutu) ile öz-yeterlilik (benlik saygısı alt boyutu) arasındaki ilişkide ve işe güdülenme hissi (işkoliklik alt boyutu) ile kendini sevme (benlik saygısı alt boyutu) arasındaki ilişkide kısmı aracılık rolü olduğu ve yine algılanan örgütsel desteğin; işe güdülenme hissi (işkoliklik alt boyutu) ile öz-yeterlilik (benlik saygısı alt boyutu) arasındaki ilişkide kısmı aracılık rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted for the purpose of determining the intermediacy role of organizational support perceived in the relationship between workaholism and self-respect in employees. In order to obtain the study data, a questionnaire form was applied to 200 employees at a public hospital in the province of Çorum. The questionnaire form was applied using three different scales, including demographic questions, which aim to measure workaholism, perceived organizational support and self-respect in hospital employees, are commonly used in studies in our country and whose validity and reliability analyses have been conducted. The acquired data were subjected to certain analyses in the SPSS software. As a result of the study; it was determined that there was a partial intermediacy role in the relationship between enjoying the work (lower dimension of workaholism) and self-love (lower dimension of self-respect), the relationship between enjoying the work (lower dimension of workaholism) and self-sufficiency (lower dimension of self-respect) and the relationship between motivation for work (lower dimension of workaholism) and self-love (lower dimension of self-respect) in the perceived organizational support; it was also found that the perceived organizational support was mediated by the relationship between the feeling of job motivation (subconscious of work) and self-efficacy (self-esteem subscale).
