Özet
Mihne sürecinde “Kur’an mahlûk değildir” demediği veya halku’l-Kur’an meselesinde görüşünü açıklamayıp tevakkuf ettiği için, güvenilir râvilerin, hadisçiler tarafından haksız yere cerh edildiği ve hadislerinin terk edildiği yönünde bir iddia bulunmaktadır. Buna karşılık usul-i hadis eserlerinde ehl-i bid’atten hadis rivayetine imkân veren bir yaklaşım söz konusudur. Öte yandan mihne sürecinde halku’l-Kur’an hususunda Ahmed b. Hanbel gibi çok net bir karşı duruş sergilemeyen, bu fikri kabul ettiğini söyleyen pek çok râvinin rivayetleri Kütüb-i Sitte’ye intikal etmiştir. Bu durum, halku’l-Kur’an düşüncesini kabul eden râvilerin bu nedenle cerh edildiği ve rivayetlerinin terk edildiği iddiasını zayıflatmaktadır.
There is a claim that trustworthy transmitters were impugned and their transmissions were abandoned since they did not hold the doctrine that “Qur’an was not created” or suspended the judgment on the issue. However, there is an approach in the hadīth methodology which allows the transmission from people of heresy. On the other hand, reports of many transmitters who did not uphold an exact stance against the doctrine of creativeness of Qur’an during the Minha process unlike Ahmad b. Hanbal and accepted the idea were managed to get in Canonical Works. This situation undermines the claim that the transmitters who accepted the doctrine of creativeness of Qur’an were impugned and that their narrations were abandoned.
